RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted withing 14 days from your ship date. Cost of original shipping will not be refunded. We currently do not ship internationally. Allow 1-3 business days for the refunds to be credited back onto your original form of payment once processed. 

Please be sure to send back item(s) in full accordance with our return policy below:

  • Any returns after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. 
  • All unwanted item(s) must be shipped withing the 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached along with the copy of your purchase receipt. 
  • Item(s) must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, snags and mysterious smells.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
  • Sale items OR items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
  • All accessories (sunglasses/jewelry) are FINAL SALE.
  • All home items (candles/water bottles) are FINAL SALE.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Before making any returns, please ensure your item(s) are eligible by referring to our return policy listed above. 

  • To start your return, email mayberriesonline@gmail.com using the title "Return." In the body of the email, please provide your order number, reason for the return and the list of item(s) you are requesting to return.
  • Please package all unwanted items(s) and send to the return address we will provide. Once we receive the package, your E-Gift Card/Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Mayberries is not responsible for any charges affiliated with return shipping. Also, we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or tracking information when shipping back your returns.

Please Note:  

  • Returns that are not compliant with our policy listed above will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
  • All items are inspected before shipping out to ensure they are undamaged. Should you receive a garment in a damaged state, we must receive an email and clear picture of the damage within the first 48 hours. 
  • Please be aware that any beaded & sequined items are all individually made and they must be treated delicately and with love. We will not accept any faulty sequined or beaded items that have obviously been worn or used by the customer.  

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of you choice. If available, we recommend taking note of your tracking number from your shipping label and send us an email with the info to ensure return gets delivered accordingly. We will send an email to the order number we have on file once return is processed and completed.
